[About delivery date]

・Regarding delivery, it will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays will be shipped the next day.

*We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

*Please note that it may take longer than the above time depending on the number of orders and traffic conditions.

・It takes time to ship reserved items. Please check the estimated delivery time on each product page before ordering.

*For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date is listed on each product page, but please note that the delivery date may change due to production reasons.

Shipping will be delivered nationwide for free.

*For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture, a shipping fee of 1,200 yen (including tax) will be charged regardless of the order amount. Please note.

・Regarding long-term absence or incorrect address If the customer is absent, each delivery company will contact you with an absence notice. Please request redelivery by yourself from the notice of absence.

In addition, products that have passed 8 days or more from the shipping date will be automatically returned to the warehouse and will be canceled. Please note that no refund will be made in that case.

*If there is an error in the delivery address, it will be returned as the address is unknown.
*There are many cases where the street address is omitted, so please check when purchasing.
*A separate shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.

If cancellations continue due to the customer's convenience (long-term absence, incomplete address), restrictions will be placed on payment methods and transactions. Please make sure that you receive the ordered products within the period.

・Items that have smells or stains, or items that have been tried on or washed cannot be exchanged for non-defective items.
・Defective items that have passed 8 days or more after arrival cannot be exchanged.
